Paruppu Rasam Recipe

Cook 500ml of tamarind extracted water with chopped tomatoes, green chillies and some coriander leaves. When the tomatoes are fully cooked, add 1 tsp of Iyer Aathu Rasam Powder. Let it to boil and pour some pressure cooked mashed toor dal. Add salt as required. Season with mustard, hing, red chillies and cumin seeds leaves in cooking oil. Garnish with Coriander leaves.

 

Ingredients: Red Chillies, Coriander seeds, Split Pigeon peas, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Asafoetida
